As promised, here’s the photo highlights from the AZ Rivals monthly for February. Tucscon player SBS and Refrain made the drive up to, and both had phenominal performance in a nail biter of bracket with many close matches. With the attendance from Tucson, this monthly had the highest turn out of any event this season.

After a brutal round one, the winners side of the bracket would feature two spectacular, and simultaneous matches. All eyes on the venue had their eyes on the stream set up as Zora and Sawtooth would take each other to a close game five, and as the match ended, there was an amazing moment with competitors turning into spectators, as Refrain and Plastic Dinos would enter their own final game.

With the February monthly behind us, the season has entered the final stretch. Already scheduled in March is another stacked bracket with a majority of the PR registered to attend, and a monthly in Tucson, rescheduled from earlier this month. It’s already looking like March will feature more crossover between Phoenix and Tucson, and plenty of more exciting brackets.
